Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because the files cannot be returned once downloaded, our refund policy is limited, as described below.

1. Before download

If you have not downloaded any file from your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

2. After download

Once any file from a purchase has been downloaded, the sale is generally final. We will, however, provide a refund or replacement if:

• A file is corrupted or will not open and we cannot fix the problem within 7 days of your report;
• You were charged more than once for the same product by mistake; or
• You received a different product than the one you bought.

3. What is not covered

We do not issue refunds because a license application was denied or delayed, because an agency or inspector requested changes, because a benefit or payment was not approved, or because you changed your mind after downloading. Our products are templates and educational materials, not guarantees of any outcome.

4. How to request

Email CONTACT_EMAIL within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a brief description. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your provider.

5. Bundles

If any file in a bundle has been downloaded, the bundle is treated as downloaded.

6. Governing law

This policy is part of our Terms of Use and is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Nothing here limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
