These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the purchase and use of digital products sold under the trade name BreezeBinder by COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME, a Virginia limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not legal advice; no attorney-client relationship

Our products are document templates and educational materials provided for informational purposes only. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, medical, tax, accounting, or benefits advice. No attorney-client or other professional relationship is created by your use of the site or products. You should have any document you intend to use reviewed by a qualified attorney licensed in your state.

2. No affiliation or guarantee

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Virginia Department of Health, its Office of Licensure and Certification, the Department of Medical Assistance Services, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, or any other government agency. We do not guarantee that any license application will be approved, that any inspection will be passed, or that any person will qualify for or receive any benefit or payment.

3. Your responsibility

Laws and regulations change. You are solely responsible for confirming current requirements with the appropriate agencies, customizing the templates to your circumstances, and how you use them. Templates contain bracketed fields and notes that must be completed and reviewed before use.

4. License to use products

When you purchase a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, edit, and use the materials for your own business or personal purposes, including adopting customized versions as your organization's internal policies. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, sublicense, or offer the materials (in original or modified form) as a competing template product. Consultants may use materials for one client organization per purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Intellectual property

The site and products, including text, design, and compilation, are owned by COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME and protected by copyright and other laws. Public regulations and government materials quoted in our products remain in the public domain or belong to their owners.

6. Payments

The Virginia kit is sold in three versions: Family Provider, Sole Provider, and Company with Employees. Each version is a separate product, and your license covers the version you bought. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, licenses, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME from claims arising out of your use of the products, your business operations, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in COUNTY_OR_CITY, Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
